Are we a Canadian Company?
Yes. We are based out of Peace River, AB.

Why am I being charged in USD on my card when the items are listed in CAD? 
While we are a Canadian company, and all items are being made and shipped in Canada.. we are unable to change this setting.

Can I return/exchange my products?
Unfortunately no. These are made to order, specifically for you!

In the  unlikely event of the order being damaged or misprinted, please email us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement with our supplier.

How do I choose my size?
We included a sizing chart on every product page, to help you get that perfect fit. Check the description box, or the photos.. a sizing chart will be there!

My size was out of stock..
On occasion, with more popular colors and sizes, our supplier sells out and we find out when we go to place your order. We will contact you, and can either swap out for a different color OR wait for the item(s) to be stocked again and ship once your order is complete. 

Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and generally arrive within 1-2 weeks. In the event of a strike, shipping times may be affected.

I subscribed to the email marketing, but didn't get my 10% discount code.
Please check your 'junk' or 'marketing/promotional' folder. If it's still not there, please reach out via the "Contact Us" Tab and we'll get this fixed for you!

I have a custom design that I'd like to order, but isn't available on the site. Help!
We are absolutely able to offer custom designs/company logos on items. Please hit the "Contact Us" button, and fill in all the information, and we'll get back to you ASAP.
